2D > 3D > 5D

BLM GROUP has the widest range of solutions available on the market: 2D laser cutting solutions, for cut off, features and joints between mating tubes in frames and structures. 3D laser cutting solutions for tilt cutting or chamfering in thick walled parts for weld prep. A five-axis laser for cutting stamped sheets, bent tubes or assemblies. Parts can be oriented by a robot or can sit stationary while the laser beam freely moves the cut path via 5D of motion.

Tube & sheet metal

Not just tube or not just sheet metal but both tube and sheet with a single machine. Thanks to this combination laser from BLM GROUP, your ability to switch from sheet to tube manufacturing will let you develop new market opportunities without the heavy investment and floor space requirement of two separate machines. Unlike other combination machines on the market your productivity for either tube or sheet is not compromised compared to dedicated single purpose laser machines.

CO2 or Fiber:
you make the choice

You are free to choose a CO2 laser or fiber laser technology depending on your production requirements. Compare costs, cut quality and productivity then decide. Fiber laser has the advantage of being more energy-efficient. The laser is maintenance-free, you can cut materials such as copper, brass aluminium and galvanized and above all you can obtain very fast cutting speeds on thin steel and stainless steel. CO2 technology is a valid choice for oxygen-cutting in thicker walled mild steel tubes.

Allroad: special shaped tubes and open sections, a Lasertube speciality

You are not limited to just round, square or rectangular. Special shaped tubes or open sections can be programmed and cut without problems.

The use of non-standard shaped tubes (i.e. not round, square or rectangular) has expanded greatly over the years.
